Cut the pork liver into slices, rinse away the snow foam with running water, drain the water, add salt, shredded ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Cut onions into shreds and green vegetables into sections

Put oil in the pot, add onions and vegetables and stir-fry until soft and serve
