The homophony of "ba" is taken here, which means to control adhesion. This custom is superstitious, but rat cake, as a traditional delicacy in the countryside, has given us a good taste. Water chrysanthemum is called water chrysanthemum, scientific name is rat, also known as rat ear, a kind of weed in the Poyang Lake wetland. Every spring, this weed can be seen everywhere in Susong fields, valleys and slopes in Anqing. The chrysanthemum seeds are gray in color, with soft leaves and a layer of soft down on the outside. The flowers are small and yellow in color. Pick them, boil them and squeeze them into juice. Then make cakes with late rice flour, add some fillings of your choice, put them in a basket or other cooking utensils and steam them before eating.
