Wash and cut chicken pipa legs into pieces.

Add ginger slices, cooking wine, light soy sauce, peppercorns, and star anise.

Stir evenly and marinate for one hour.

Wash the green and red peppers and remove the stems.

Cut the peppers diagonally into small sections, cut the ginger into slices, and peel and wash the garlic cloves.
