Prepare the main ingredients.

Pour the eggs, milk, and oatmeal into a baking pan or baking bowl and mix thoroughly. (If it usually tastes sweet, you can add some sugar.)

Sprinkle a little grated coconut (I sprinkle more because I love grated coconut) and mix well.

Then cut the apples into thin slices and put them in. Stir well. (You can also use bananas)

Stir evenly and sprinkle with your favorite dried fruits. I used walnuts, black currants, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, and pine nuts. (You can mix and match dried fruits according to your personal preference)

Sprinkle a layer of grated coconut on the surface, this is for decoration~

Bake in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You can smell the aroma after 20 minutes!
