(Cut the lard and fry in oil) Cut the pork into thin slices, mix well with soy sauce and cornstarch and marinate for ten minutes

Shred carrots, dice beans and mushrooms, and chop green onions

Cut the taro into cubes, then deep-fry until crispy and set aside

First add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant (I added the dried squid, you can add it or not)

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the pork until cooked

Then stir-fry the carrots and kidney beans until half cooked, add salt and chicken essence, and then add the mushrooms

Add white rice and stir-fry evenly (overnight rice is best)

Finally add the fried taro and chopped green onion. Just stir-fry evenly
