Overview
Soybeans are known as the king of beans. They are called plant meat and green dairy cows and have the richest nutritional value. Of course, dishes made with soy products will not be poor in nutrition. For this dish, I used soybean sprouts and dried soybeans, and added a little onion and green pepper to enhance the flavor.
