Pumpkin and Red Bean Toast

This toast is something my family often makes. It tastes great and is more nutritious with the addition of pumpkin.

Peel the pumpkin, slice it and steam it

Steamed pumpkin mashed into puree

Put all the ingredients (except butter) into the bread machine

Add pumpkin puree

Start the dough kneading program of the bread machine until the dough is kneaded enough to pull out the fascia

Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in size

Divide it into three equal portions, roll it out flat, and add an appropriate amount of honey red beans

Fold the four sides inward like this, wrapping the honey red beans inside

After all three are done, roll them up and put them into the toast mold

Second fermentation until 80% full

Apply egg wash

Sprinkle with almond flakes and bake at 220 degrees for 40 minutes
