Korean clam tofu brain soup
Overview
This is one of my favorite dishes. I must order the soup every time I go to a Korean restaurant. It is very delicious, fresh and spicy. I recommend it to everyone

Wash and shred onions

An appropriate amount of spicy cabbage pickled by yourself, cut into shreds

Put a little oil in the wok and sauté the onions

Add spicy cabbage and stir-fry

Add a large bowl of water, bring to a boil, and add a spoonful of Korean chili sauce

Put in the clams (wash them in advance and add water, spit out all the sediment)

Add silken tofu

Add one egg liquid

Cook until the clams open their mouths. Come and have a bowl. It’s super delicious
