Overview
Each ball of dough is about 15g. Puff pastry for 3-4 rounds and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes to color. (I uploaded one before, but due to system reasons, the step pictures are not displayed, and the author cannot find the place to edit the recipe, and the editor cannot find it either, so I am reposting it.)

Steps
-
Making small meal buns: Mix all the ingredients for the dough (230g flour, 8g whipping cream, 100g sugar, 40g milk, 50g egg liquid, 40g salt, 1G) and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
-
Take out the dough and knead it until it expands. Add 30g of butter
-
Knead until complete
-
Roll into a round shape and place in a basin, cover with plastic wrap and let rise
-
Let the dough double in size
-
Deflate the dough and divide into 15g balls.
-
Wrap a few dried cranberries into each piece of dough. Roll the dough into a round shape and put it into the mold. Put a cup of boiling water in the oven and put the dough into it for the second time. Just double the size (about 20 minutes)
-
Making puff pastry: (You can make it when the dough is 1) Beat the butter and sugar together until they are slightly white
-
Add a tablespoon of egg liquid (add in 3 times) and mix well each time
-
Sift in the flour and milk powder
-
Stir evenly and pour into a piping bag
-
After dough 2 has finished rising, take it out and draw circles on each piece of dough.
