Prepare the ingredients. I used two kinds of mixed soaked tofu skin and chili noodles, one thick, one thin, and a little sesame

Heat the oil until it is 60% hot, put the tofu skin in and fry it, don't make it too dry, otherwise it will be too hard

Drain the fried tofu skin

Drain the oil from the tofu skin and place it on a plate for later use
