I haven’t posted this Coke Chicken Wings, and I have made relatively few of them. There are so many ways to eat chicken wings. When my children were young, they used other methods. Come and try this classic delicious dish. You will fall in love with it once you make it. It is easy to operate and has simple ingredients. It is especially convenient when you have many children! It is also very good as a banquet dish.

After washing the chicken wings with salt, add chopped green onions and ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and dark soy sauce to marinate them. Grasp them evenly. You can use a bamboo skewer to poke holes in the chicken wings to facilitate the flavor.

Heat a wok, brush with a layer of oil, fry the marinated chicken wings skin side down over low heat.

Brown on one side and then flip over.

After frying, pour in an appropriate amount of cola. Depending on the pot, the cola required will be different. Usually, the chicken wings are covered with dark soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until the chicken wings are cooked.
