Put the meat skin side down first and cook it in the pot until the meat skin is golden brown. You can add honey when cooking the meat to make it taste even better

Cut the meat into slices and add pepper, chicken essence, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, steamed pork powder and white sugar (remember not to add salt because soybean paste and steamed pork powder are inherently salty)

After adding the seasoning, spread the meat evenly, place the pumpkin on the bottom of the bowl, skin side down, place it on top of the pumpkin, cover with plastic wrap and steam for an hour. Be sure to add enough water at once and do not add water halfway (be sure to use a steaming meat bowl)

After steaming, turn it upside down on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions (I forgot to buy chopped green onions today...)
