Simplified version of Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

The little guy likes it, and the little guy’s dad likes it even more! So I do it often! Extremely simple, sour and sweet, really delicious~

Wash the ribs, add soy sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour

Put a little oil in the pan, add the pork ribs and fry them! (You can also add some starch to the ribs, stir them and fry them in a pan, but I think frying them will not only save fuel, but you can also pour out the fried oil for cooking!)

Fry thoroughly on a serving plate

Put a spoonful of water in the pot, sugar, tomato paste, and pickled plums while stirring

Cook until bubbling

Add the fried pork ribs and stir-fry

Add a spoonful of rice vinegar (white vinegar can also be used)
