Simplified version of Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

The little guy likes it, and the little guy’s dad likes it even more! So I do it often! Extremely simple, sour and sweet, really delicious~

  1. Wash the ribs, add soy sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour

  2. Put a little oil in the pan, add the pork ribs and fry them! (You can also add some starch to the ribs, stir them and fry them in a pan, but I think frying them will not only save fuel, but you can also pour out the fried oil for cooking!)

  3. Fry thoroughly on a serving plate

  4. Put a spoonful of water in the pot, sugar, tomato paste, and pickled plums while stirring

  5. Cook until bubbling

  6. Add the fried pork ribs and stir-fry

  7. Add a spoonful of rice vinegar (white vinegar can also be used)

  8. Stir well

  9. Put on the plate (remember to wash the pot first while it is still warm!)
