【Shrimp, Ham and Egg Pancakes】--- Recommended breakfast pancakes
Overview
It’s so hot today that I don’t even have a good appetite for breakfast. Everyone doesn’t eat much, so I can only add more nutrients to the limited amount of food. This is a delicious but quick egg pancake with shrimp, ham, carrots and chives in it. It is a nutritionally balanced breakfast. It can be made in about ten minutes for a family of three or four people. One piece per person, plus a glass of milk, can be eaten well and full.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: eggs.
-
Ingredients: Prepare the shrimps, chop the chives, and cut the breakfast ham and carrots into small cubes.
-
Remove the heads, shells and strings of the shrimps, take the shrimps, smash them with a knife and chop them into small pieces.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and pepper and mix well.
-
Add shrimp, ham, carrots, and chives.
-
Stir gently to combine.
-
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and brush with a thin layer of olive oil. (You can also use cooking oil for cooking)
-
Pour in enough egg liquid to spread the bottom of the pot. Pay attention to the amount of ingredients when pouring. If there is less, add some and spread evenly. Don't just pour in the egg liquid, then the next cake will be filled with ingredients.
-
After frying on low heat for about a minute, the bottom part of the cake has been set. At this time, shake the pan gently and the cake will move accordingly.
-
Weigh the pan, turn the cake over, and continue frying until cooked through. (If you don’t know how to weigh the pan, it’s better to use a spatula or chopsticks for stability, but don’t weigh the cake out of the pan)
