Seasoning preparation: salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, pepper.

Prepare seasonings: oyster sauce, chicken juice, tomato sauce.

Ingredients to prepare: onions, ginger, garlic.

Chop onions, ginger and garlic into fine pieces and set aside.

Wash the cabbage and tomatoes and set aside.

Slice the tomatoes and cut the cabbage into small pieces and set aside.

Eggs and flour.

Take appropriate amount of flour and beat into eggs.

Stir the flour thoroughly into a paste (not too thin) and add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the shallots, ginger, and minced garlic. Add an appropriate amount of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly (low heat).

Add tomatoes and stir-fry until juices come out.

Beat another egg and set aside.

Add enough water to the pot of fried tomatoes, bring to a boil and gradually pour in the prepared batter, stirring as you pour. After the noodles are cooked, add the cabbage and finally the eggs, then add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, and chicken juice.
