Tofu Sixi
Overview
Speaking of vegetarian dishes, Si Xi Wu Xi, the main ingredient is usually grilled bran, but we don’t have these soy products here, but we are very keen on making vegetarian dishes. The only way is to fry or fry the tofu, that is, cut the tofu into small cubes, fry it until golden brown, and then braise it.

Cut the tofu into pieces about 2 cm wide, fry each side over medium heat until golden brown, remove from the pan, drain and set aside;

Reduce the sauce over high heat to 1/3 of the soup. Test the taste. If it is not salty enough, add light soy sauce. Stir-fry for a while before serving.
