Wash the pork loin and cut it with a flower knife, wash and cut the soft tofu into cubes, cook the duck blood and slice it, wash the chrysanthemum and coriander, peel the garlic and slice the ginger;

Heat a wok over high heat (the bottom of the pot should be hot enough), add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, then put in the ginger slices and garlic and stir-fry twice. Add in the pork loin and stir-fry for two to three minutes until it changes color, then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water (cold water can also be used), boil and continue to cook for a few minutes;

Add tofu, duck blood, and chrysanthemum in turn and cook for a few minutes;

Finally, add coriander, appropriate amount of chicken essence and salt to taste and serve.
