Fresh flowers.

Saute garlic, ginger and chili until fragrant.

Put some cooking wine to remove the smell.

Stir-fry until the scallops open, add more garlic.

Add some oyster sauce to taste. (Because the scallops are relatively fresh, I don’t add salt here. Fresh scallops tend to be a bit salty).

Add some green onions to increase the flavor (you can leave it out if you don’t want to).

Stir well and remove from the pan.

Finished product.
