Spicy and Sour Cumin Shredded Potatoes
Overview
Potatoes have been my husband's favorite since he was a child; in my husband's memory, he only ate potato dishes when he was a child, without adding onions. At that time, my husband’s mother would give him potatoes that were different from others every day; now, he still likes potatoes: shredded potatoes and potato chips!

Ingredients: Peel potatoes; shred ginger and garlic! Shred the pepper!
