Braised sea cucumber with mushrooms and oyster sauce

Fresh shiitake mushrooms, paired with elastic sea cucumbers, and sea cucumber dishes cooked only with oyster sauce are still very popular.

Slice sea cucumber, shred mushrooms, and cut broccoli into small pieces. Shred the onion, mince the ginger, mince the garlic and set aside.

Add shredded scallions, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt and cooking wine to sea cucumber slices and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add water to a pot with a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

Blanch broccoli. Remove quickly when softened.

Arrange the blanched broccoli in a circle on a plate and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry mushrooms.

Add marinated sea cucumber slices and green onion and ginger water.

Add appropriate amount of Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce.
