Green pepper, onion and squid tentacles
Overview
This is a quick-cooking dish. I sent a few dried squids. For lunch alone, I fried the squid tentacles with vegetables and enjoyed it.

Wash the squid and cut it with a knife, prepare the onions

After the water in the pot boils, add the squid tentacles and cooking wine, curl them up, pick them up and wash them

Pick onions and green peppers and slice them, mix oyster sauce and light soy sauce thoroughly, prepare garlic and ginger slices

Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger slices and garlic until fragrant

Add onions and green peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then add salt to taste

Pour in squid and stir-fry evenly

Then add the seasoning and stir-fry evenly

Grind in black peppercorns and turn off the heat.
