Garlic Vermicelli Scallops
Overview
Scallops with garlic vermicelli can be eaten in just over ten minutes using the air fryer. The garlic is rich, the vermicelli is chewy, and the flavor is pleasant

Prepare fresh scallops (my scallops are quite big)

Carefully brush off the surface sediment of the scallops with a toothbrush and set aside.

Open the scallops with a knife, remove the shell on one end, and use a knife to peel off the shell on the other side and set aside.

Boil the vermicelli in advance until soft and set aside.

Chop a few green and red peppers into minced pieces, and chop the garlic into minced pieces for later use.

Mix the garlic, green and red peppers, oyster sauce, cooking wine and cooking oil together.

Arrange scallops in air fryer.

Add some fans.

Pour the prepared sauce evenly over each scallop.

Set the fryer to 200 degrees and it will be ready in about 12 minutes.
