Japanese style soybean, carrot and hijiki
Overview
Hijiki, a kind of algae, is also known as antler tip, seaweed sprout, goat's milk, sea barley, etc. According to the "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", hijiki has the effects of lowering blood lipids, anti-thrombosis, eliminating brain fatigue, promoting children's development, enhancing the body's immunity, and delaying aging. Japan calls it longevity food and imports a large amount of it from my country every year.
