Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash them, drain them and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add a little salt, add the enoki mushrooms and cook for one minute.

Remove the enoki mushrooms, drain and serve on a plate.

Drizzle in soy sauce.

Sprinkle with the pre-chopped green onions and lay on top of the chopped peppers.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, heat over high heat until smoking, add minced garlic, green onion, minced ginger and Chaotian pepper, turn off the heat.

Pour the oil over the enoki mushrooms while it's hot, mix well and serve.
