Honey wine braised chicken wings
Overview
I found a bottle of mead that I had obtained before at home, produced in 2007. If I don’t like wine, I might as well make chicken wings that my son likes.

-
I forgot to put this wine in my home since 2007.
-
On the plus side, other meads I have tried before are not as good as this one.
-
Wash the chicken wings and take two bites each of the front and back to soak in the flavor.
-
Knead the salt, cooking wine, vinegar, ginger, garlic, oil, and onions vigorously and squeeze them in to taste. Because my son has a golden tongue that can eat anything spicy, I dare not add pepper, otherwise it will taste better. Marinate for 45 minutes.
-
Heat oil in a hot pan and simmer until it changes color.
-
Sauté ginger and garlic in base oil, add chicken wings and a small amount of vinegar, cooking wine and sugar. Pour in the mead until the chicken wings are covered. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the juice thickens. Change martial fire to collect juice.
-
Sprinkle green onions from pan. The food at home was not plated.
