Cut the dried beans into strips.

Cut celery into sections, blanch in hot water, cool and set aside.

Shred the pork and slice the garlic.

Add salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch to the shredded pork, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Fried shredded pork in warm oil. Dish out and set aside.

When the oil in the pan is hot, add the garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add dried beans and stir-fry.

Add celery and stir-fry.

Add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, and pepper to taste.
