I just made mashed potatoes in yesterday’s show, and today I made potatoes again! Haha, of course the tastes are different. This Western-style home-cooked dish using potatoes as the main ingredient is very simple in both preparation and ingredients. It mainly focuses on the attractive burnt aroma. Wash the potatoes and cut them into coarse pieces;
