Japanese style fried beef
Overview
I have always liked eating Yoshinoya's beef rice. This time I made it with beef slices bought in the supermarket. It tastes very good.

Wash the onions and shred them; add water to the pot. After the water boils, rinse the beef slices until cooked, take them out and set aside.

Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the onions. Fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine, which tastes very fresh, soy sauce and half a bowl of water. Boil the onions until soft.

Add the cooked beef slices, quickly stir-fry evenly, add salt and sugar, mix well, and serve on a plate.
