  1. Defrost beef rolls at room temperature and set aside

  2. Chop the onion and garlic, cut the millet in half, and cut the green pepper into cubes

  3. Cut the carrots into pieces with a hob, cut the mushrooms in half and set aside

  4. Cut potatoes and yams into pieces with a hob, then soak in cold water and set aside

  5. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant

  6. Add mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and yams and stir-fry briefly

  7. Add boiling water or stock until the ingredients are covered, add spicy millet and curry cubes, bring to a boil over medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer for more than 15 minutes (if the potatoes and yams like to be crispy, you can reduce the cooking time appropriately)

  8. Prepare the rice balls

  9. Add beef rolls and green peppers before serving
