【Grilled Chicken Legs with Honey Miso】
Overview
The oven is really a must-have and most loyal partner at home. It can not only bake cakes and breads, but also allows us to cook delicious dishes while avoiding the fumes and high temperatures~ Today’s dish is another lazy oven dish. The main ingredient is large chicken drumsticks. I originally planned to make barbecued pork drumsticks. When I was getting the barbecued pork sauce, I caught a glimpse of the miso sauce next to it, so I used miso sauce to marinate it on a whim. This attempt was really a big surprise! If calculated on a hundred-point scale, this roasted chicken drumstick can score 95 points from my point of view from color to taste!
