Salt and pepper and scallion bean dregs waffles
Overview
I have made several different flavors of bean dregs muffins, but I have never revealed the ingredients of bean dregs in them. The person eating it is unaware of it. Is this considered a form of deception? How many times have I wanted to come out of my mouth, but I finally held back. This time, the waffles are grafted with green onion egg paste pancakes to create a green onion flavor, which may be more acceptable. Sweet biscuits are often only used as snacks, while salty biscuits are more often used as staple foods. Isn’t it recommended nowadays not to eat rice and noodles too finely? Using waffles with bean dregs as a staple food instead of fine rice noodles is good for health. Of course, there are exceptions for those with poor digestion capabilities.

Materials

Pour the bean dregs into a large bowl

Mix flour, baking powder and salt and sift into a bowl

Stir slightly

Add water

Mix into a uniform batter

Add pepper and green onion

Mix well

Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of batter and spread it out

When the bottom side is golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side

When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and let cool
