Stir-fried River Prawns with Kale
Overview
I think winter vegetables are very sweet and delicious, and this kale is one of them. Kale is crisp, tender, and rich in nutrients. It is stir-fried with river shrimps and garlic. It is so fragrant that it goes well with rice and wine!

Each ingredient, kale cut into short pieces

Heat a pan and sauté half of the garlic

Add kale and cook over medium heat until it turns oily green. Add some abalone juice

Stir-fry kale until 7 cooked and set aside

Add more oil to the pot, sauté the other half of the garlic until fragrant, and sauté the river shrimps over high heat until they turn red
