Fried hairtail is always fried and the skin is broken, and it doesn’t look good at all~~ It’s too troublesome to apply ginger slices and starch, so why not bake it? No oil and no fumes, it’s much healthier~~

Wash and dry hairtail fish

Cut green onion into sections and shred ginger

Put the green onions and shredded ginger into the hairtail bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and sugar

Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Place the marinated hairtail into a baking tray lined with tin foil

Place the hairtail fish in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Take it out and brush it with a layer of sauce
