Salty and spicy---spicy fire-baked fish
Overview
The first half of the fire-roasted fish is very complex and twists and turns, but the post-production is extremely simple. With a little bit of tempeh, chili and ginger and garlic, it is even more spicy and refreshing, just like the character of the Hunan people.
