Chive and meat floss cake roll

Add salt to egg yolks and fine sugar and mix well.

Add corn oil, rum, and milk and mix well.

Add sifted cake flour.

Add the sugar to the egg whites in 3 batches and beat until stiff.

Take a portion and mix with the egg yolk.

Pour the batter back into the egg whites and mix well.

Place white sesame seeds and chopped green onions on a baking sheet. Both dried onions and chives are fine.

Pour in the batter and smooth it out with a spatula.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.

After the cake roll has cooled, place it on oil paper with the chopped green onion side down. Apply salad dressing.

Put another layer of meat floss, as much or as little as you like.

Use a rolling pin to help roll it up and place it in the refrigerator to set.
