Soak and wash the fungus, remove the roots and wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash and cut them into pieces, cut the tofu into pieces, and cut the spicy cabbage into small pieces. Slice ginger, garlic, and tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add spicy cabbage and stir-fry until water is gone.

Add Korean chili sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry evenly.

Transfer to a casserole, pour hot water (soup is better) and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.

Add fungus, mushrooms and tofu and continue cooking.

Finally add enoki mushrooms, prawns, and tomato slices and cook thoroughly.
