I saved some chicken gizzards some time ago. They are all free-range chicken gizzards. Every time I only have one that I can’t make, I just save them together and make them. The Little New Year has passed, and that day has already become the New Year. I feel that the atmosphere of the New Year has suddenly become stronger. I am busy doing everything for the New Year. When I go to the kitchen, I am thinking about the New Year. What should I do? Haha, the Chinese New Year celebrations will never change

Clean the chicken gizzards

Pour boiling water into the pot and blanch quickly, preferably no more than 10 seconds

Remove and drain the water
