-
Mix flour and yeast powder evenly, add warm water and knead it into a soft dough. Knead it smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size
-
Stuffing ingredients: pork stuffing, green onions
-
Chop the green onion into thick mince, and finely chop some green onion and ginger into mince.
-
Add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, minced chives and ginger, soy sauce, cooking oil, sesame oil and other seasonings to the meat filling.
-
Mix well and add a grain of bone broth (the bone broth is made by yourself and then frozen in the refrigerator). You can also add water if you don't have bone broth.
-
Add the bone broth and stir slightly. Add the chopped scallions and mix well before use to make the pork and scallion filling
-
Knead the risen dough evenly on the work surface and divide into small portions
-
Roll out the dough into four sides and wrap it into a thick center.
-
Take one portion and add an appropriate amount of pork and green onion stuffing.
-
Wrap into raw buns.
-
After everything is wrapped, put it in the steamer and let it rest for 10 minutes. Turn on high heat and steam, then steam on medium heat for 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for three to five minutes before removing the lid.
