The main ingredient is 500g chicken feet.

Clean the chicken feet and cut off the toenails.

Boil a pot of hot water and simmer the chicken feet.

Prepare garlic, dried red pepper and Sichuan peppercorns.

Heat a wok, add vegetable oil, add garlic, Sichuan peppercorns and dried red chili peppers and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken feet and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine in turn and stir-fry evenly.
