I usually eat boiled wontons, but this is the first time I eat pan-fried wontons. The kids love it!

Steps
-
All ingredients.
-
Choose 80% lean and 200% fat front leg meat, chop the meat into mince, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, soy sauce, mix well, and stir clockwise for one minute.
-
Peel the carrots and cut into dices; cut the chives into chopped green onions.
-
Add the chopped carrots and green onions to the minced meat and mix well.
-
Take a piece of wonton skin and put an appropriate amount of meat filling on it.
-
Fold it in half. If the wonton skin you buy is too dry, you can use chopsticks to dip some water into the skin and apply it to the edges.
-
Then overlap the two ends and glue them down.
-
Put an appropriate amount of oil under the pot, place the wrapped wontons on top and fry over low heat.
-
After frying the bottom, fry the meaty side until slightly brown.
-
Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about ten minutes.
-
While there is still moisture on the surface of the wontons, sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped green onions and continue frying for a few dozen seconds.
