Overview

I usually eat boiled wontons, but this is the first time I eat pan-fried wontons. The kids love it!

  2. Choose 80% lean and 200% fat front leg meat, chop the meat into mince, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, soy sauce, mix well, and stir clockwise for one minute.

  3. Peel the carrots and cut into dices; cut the chives into chopped green onions.

  4. Add the chopped carrots and green onions to the minced meat and mix well.

  5. Take a piece of wonton skin and put an appropriate amount of meat filling on it.

  6. Fold it in half. If the wonton skin you buy is too dry, you can use chopsticks to dip some water into the skin and apply it to the edges.

  7. Then overlap the two ends and glue them down.

  8. Put an appropriate amount of oil under the pot, place the wrapped wontons on top and fry over low heat.

  9. After frying the bottom, fry the meaty side until slightly brown.

  10. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about ten minutes.

  11. While there is still moisture on the surface of the wontons, sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped green onions and continue frying for a few dozen seconds.
