Tomato Cauliflower
Overview
Tomatoes and cauliflower, add some tomato sauce, simply pop it in a pan, and it's a delicious side dish. Does it get any simpler than this?

Cut the tomatoes into finger-sized dices (you decide whether to peel them or not);

Chop the green onions into finely chopped pieces, and cut the garlic sprouts into sections;

Wash the pine cauliflower and break it into small florets, blanch it in boiling water until the water boils again (add a little salt to the water), remove and control the water and set aside;

Heat the wok, heat the cold oil and sauté the chopped green onions;

Add tomato paste and stir-fry until red and bright;

Add the diced cauliflower tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat for about 2 minutes;

Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste, you can also add a little chicken essence or MSG, depending on your taste;
