Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: 1 onion; 200g chicken breast
-
bowls of flour (a small rice bowl at home), 1 bowl of warm water (add less water each time when kneading the dough, stir it into fluff, and knead it into dough)
-
Cover with a lid or a clean damp cloth and let it rise for a while. This is the right time for us to chop the stuffing
-
Chop the chicken and add the seasonings in order: half a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chicken juice, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, a pinch of allspice and MSG
-
Pig mother used freshly ground black pepper, stir it 7 times, and mix well. (Note: When mixing the stuffing, stir it in one direction to stir the meat stuffing)
-
Slowly add water, a total of less than half a bowl of water. Don’t put it in all at once, add it little by little
-
Add finely chopped onions
-
Roll the dough into a thick piece of about half a centimeter. Spread 1:1 five-spice powder and salt evenly on the dough, then brush it with a thin layer of cooking oil and roll it into a long strip
-
Pinch it into a piece about 3 fingers wide
-
Roll out into a thin crust of about 3 mm
-
Wrapped into buns - cake dough
-
After the pan is hot, brush with a thin layer of oil, put the dough into the pan, flatten it gently with the palm of your hand, don’t be too hard, and carefully press it into a pizza
-
Heat the pan used by Pig Mom on both sides, brush it with oil, and cover it (if you are using a frying pan, use medium-low heat and cover it)
-
Serve when both sides are golden brown
-
The layered pie is delicious.
