So, I like this day, because I love pig trotters~~ This year’s pig trotters were cooked by my mother here. According to my mother’s method, they were simmered for more than three hours, and they were very soft and fragrant~~ Ingredients: 1 pig’s trotters, a handful of soybeans, an appropriate amount of kelp, a piece of ginger, 1 star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt
