Rosemary Scones
Overview
It seems that there is not too much rosemary in pastries. What is time-consuming and labor-intensive needs to be done at the right time. Simple and quick, basically done. Just when Qian Donkey was at his wits end, he suddenly had an idea. There is no fixed law, so why imitate it and invent one yourself? It doesn’t get any faster than scones. Adding fruit, it’s a fruit scone, and adding rosemary will definitely not ruin the dish. Activate the lazy mode and even save the mold. Just cut it into several pieces with a knife, which is clean and neat. There is no need to wash the mold or re-knead the leftover materials. Dots of rosemary are embedded in the scone dough, giving it a fresh look.

Wash and chop rosemary

Cake flour, baking powder, salt, mix and sift

Add sugar and butter

Grind into coarse powder

Add egg liquid, milk

Grab and knead into a ball

Grab evenly

Roll out into 1.5cm thick pieces

Cut into small cubes

Place in baking pan
