Chocolate Naked Cake
Overview
I have always been interested in chocolate-flavored naked cakes~~~ I especially love the wonderful experience of the color combination of chocolate, cream, and strawberry, as well as the collision of textures~~ The natural color can be beautiful and charming without too much modification~~~ And there is no need for any skills to spread the butter~~ Just use a spatula to spread the oil on the cake~~~No need to spread evenly~~ Take a spoonful of the cake, there is chocolate, cream, and strawberry~~It’s so enjoyable~~ As a fat glutton who has grown up since childhood, my love for chocolate, cream, cakes, etc., is really true love~ That’s all for chocolate, I can buy it and eat it anytime~ Even the birthday cake that can only be eaten on birthdays, I have to go to the cake shop to order one for myself every now and then~~ And the cakes are almost wiped out in one meal, without any help~~ Just one person and one stomach~~ My fighting power at that time was so explosive~~ I deeply felt ashamed to see Jiangdong’s elders~~ When attending birthday banquets for family, friends, classmates, and colleagues, people eat with their eyes on the food, but I eat with my eyes on the cake~~especially the cream on the cake~~People put rice and soup in their bowls~~My bowl is always filled with cake~~ It’s no wonder that I have been able to gain weight in one go for more than 20 years~~ I have failed in many attempts to lose weight, but I have failed because of chocolate, cream, and cake~~ How many times have I promised myself again and again in my heart that even if I can't resolutely resist or completely reject the above-mentioned food, I can at least eat one or two fewer meals, or even one or two bites~~ Ran Bingao~~How to eat~~ For a gluttonous fat man who loves butter and sweets, butter, cakes, and chocolate are definitely the biggest obstacles on my weight loss journey~~ If it hadn't come out of nowhere this year, I would have lost nearly 40 pounds of meat unknowingly and unexpectedly. I guess I am still a big fat person~~~ Now I have successfully lost weight, and my passion for cakes is still the same~~ One weekend, I baked 6 cakes~~ This [Chocolate Naked Cake] is one of them. Due to my inability to decorate flowers, I made it into a naked cake~~

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: Crack the eggs into a water-free and oil-free container, weigh in the fine sugar; mix low-gluten flour and cocoa powder; mix milk and dark chocolate chunks, and prepare a 7-inch silicone mold;
-
Mix low-gluten flour and cocoa powder through a fine sieve twice;
-
Melt milk and dark chocolate over water, stirring from time to time during the melting process; after the chocolate melts, keep the water temperature at 40 degrees Celsius;
-
Boil a pot of warm water, the water temperature is 40 degrees Celsius, put the egg beater in, and use an electric egg beater to beat the water;
-
When you lift the whisk, there are obvious scratches; the cake batter is completely whipped;
-
Sift in part of the low-gluten flour and cocoa powder;
-
Use a spatula to quickly stir up and down evenly; then sift in the remaining flour and cocoa powder, and continue to stir evenly;
-
Add the milk chocolate liquid and quickly stir it up and down with a spatula;
-
Pour the batter into the silicone mold 90% full and shake it gently on the table a few times;
-
After preheating the ACA oven to 160 degrees with upper and lower heat, place the mold on the middle shelf of the oven;
-
Bake for 30 minutes;
-
Unmold the baked cake (I didn’t have enough materials at the time, so I made it in two steps, once with a 6-inch recipe and once with an 8-inch recipe; the recipe here is for 8 inches, so you can make it in one go, and just divide the cake into pieces when using);
-
Weigh the whipping cream and powdered sugar together; wash the strawberries and drain them; peel and dice the kiwi fruit;
-
Use a whisk to whip the light cream until it has clear texture. Lift the whisk head and you can pull out small upright corners;
-
Spread cream on 1 portion of the cake;
-
Spread kiwi fruit;
-
Spread cream on the kiwi fruit;
-
Cover with another cake body;
-
Spread the cream again;
-
Arrange strawberries on top of the cake.
