First make the cake body, separate the egg whites and egg yolks into a water-free and oil-free basin. Add 20g of fine sugar to the egg yolks and beat until melted. Add corn oil and stir until emulsified. Pour in the milk and mix well

Sift in the flour and double it until it is powder-free and smooth

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add the fine sugar in three batches and beat until it forms a curved hook. Do not beat until it reaches hard peaks.

Add one-third of the spoonful to the egg yolk batter and stir evenly. Pour back into the egg white batter and stir evenly. Do not draw circles to avoid defoaming

Pour into a square plate and shake a few times to eliminate bubbles

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake on the middle shelf for 20 minutes [Adjust according to your own oven] After baking, unmold and invert to cool

Start making the tiger skin, add fine sugar to the egg yolks. Start whipping until milky white

Sift in the cornstarch and mix well

Pour into a square plate, preheat the oven in advance and bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes on the middle level. Adjust according to your own oven

After the cake has cooled, remove the four sides

The same goes for the tiger skin after it has cooled. Apply a little salad dressing

Fit the cake body together, cut a few knives to help roll it up [Do not cut it] Apply salad dressing and sprinkle some meat floss

Roll up and refrigerate to set
