Pumpkin multigrain rice
Overview
The supermarket near the school sells all kinds of small pumpkins, including yellow ones and green ones. The yellow ones are very sweet. I think they are not suitable for making pumpkin rice, so I bought the green ones. I also added some chickpeas, red beans, brown rice, barley, blood glutinous rice, etc., and it instantly turned into a super nutritious multigrain rice!
