Wash the carrots and stir into carrot puree

Add water, carrot puree and yeast into flour and stir

Knead into smooth dough and ferment

Ferment until doubled

Divide the dough into 8 small balls

Then knead the dough into a dough ball shape

Bring water to a boil, add steamed buns and steam for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes
