Double Flavor Cream Chiffon Cake
Overview
Spring for handicapped people is to make good use of the decorating tips. It was my friend's child's birthday and I didn't know what to give him, so I just gave him a cake. Children are relatively simple, with cream, water, and candles, it is a perfect birthday cake. This recipe can make two eight-inch ones. They are not that tall and the taste is not too sweet. If you like it, just increase the amount of sugar.

Steps
-
Prepare all ingredients. I made two eight-inch measurements.
-
Separate the egg yolks and add milk and salad oil.
-
Beat until combined and then sift in cocoa powder and cake flour.
-
I added cocoa cake powder to one egg yolk paste, but only added cake flour to this one, mix until well and set aside.
-
Add sugar to the egg whites.
-
Beat until foamy and set aside.
-
Add the beaten egg white batter to the cocoa batter in portions.
-
Add the other egg whites to the flour batter.
-
After mixing well, mix the two batters together again and stir slightly.
-
Add the mixed cake batter to an eight-inch baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 50 minutes.
-
After the cake is baked and set aside to cool, we'll whip up another whipped cream. Add your own sugar to the whipping cream. The dosage is based on personal taste.
-
Remove the film from the cooled cake and cut the fruit you want to use.
-
Place fruits and whipped cream on the cake slices.
-
Cover with another piece and press lightly.
-
Add fruit and whipped cream on top.
-
I am a handicap decorator, so I just put it on my face like this.

Then choose your favorite decorating tip, embellish it and modify the surface.
