Lotus seed and bamboo fungus native chicken soup
Overview
The busy summer vacation is finally over, and I hope I can have more time to play with delicious food... Dictyophora fungi is a kind of cryptofloral fungus that lives on the roots of dead bamboo. It is shaped like a net-like dry white snake skin. It has a dark green cap, a snow-white cylindrical stipe, a pink egg-shaped stipe, and a delicate white mesh skirt at the top of the stipe spreading downward from the cap. It is known as the fairy in snow skirt, the flower of mountain treasures, the flower of fungi, and the queen of fungi. Dictyophora is rich in nutrients, rich in fragrance and delicious. It has been listed as one of the eight treasures of grass since ancient times.
